Full Stack Engineer at Wickr

If so, Wickr is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to enhance Wickr’s product offerings by helping augment and optimize our cutting-edge platform technology.

 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, build, operate and document secure/scalable software systems and services in a test-driven environment including libraries and APIs
  • Develop new synchronous and asynchronous service components from concept to deployment
  • Operate and support system elements via test-driven development processes, using metrics, monitoring, analytics, rules and alerts
  • Develop new functions and features based on customer requests and feedback
  • Participates in code reviews as required to assure code is up to department standard
  • Complete documentation and unit testing in order to support team quality and delivery standardsN221915

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar field, or 2+ years of practical experience
  • Experience with Node, PHP and javascript
  • Experience with Angular or React
  • Basic Linux experience and understanding of web services
  • Comfortable with multiple database technologies such, MySQL Postgres and Redis
  • Experience with Amazon AWS (S3 and EC2) preferred
  • Experience with RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, or similar preferred
  • Experience developing in an Agile environment
