Account Manager at The Mighty
New York City, NY, US

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented self-starter who can work directly with brand partners to bring helpful resources to The Mighty community. Teamwork is important for this role, as you will need to work  collaboratively across teams to bring impactful client projects to life.

Job responsibilities will include:

Pre-sale:

  • Building media plans
  • Helping on proposals and program ideas

Post-sale:

  • Acting as a single point of contact for daily client communication
  • Executing sold program elements
  • Maintaining account stability with key clients
  • Coordinating campaign workflow cross-departmentally
  • Ensuring client retention through excellent service and communication
  • Providing insight into campaign performance by reporting to clients

To do this well, you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of digital media experience
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • A proven track record in a client-facing role
  • Strong knowledge of campaign metrics and goals (i.e. CTR, CPA, etc.)
  • The ability to manage client communications and expectations in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with 3rd-party reporting platforms preferred
  • Experience working with healthcare brands preferred
  • Genuine interest in serving a community of people facing health challenges and disabilities
