Customer Success Coordinator at Soofa
Cambridge, MA, US

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Success Coordinator to ensure that our assets in the field are up and running and our customers are promoters of the Soofa products. You’ll work quickly and efficiently while coordinating the activities in the field. Reporting to the VP Operations, you’ll work closely with all groups in Soofa to deliver outstanding service, solid consultation and unparalleled products and service to our customers. You’ll be the glue that holds it all together!

What you will be doing:

  • Monitor the system and dispatch work to ensure Soofa products are in great condition
  • Work closely with customers to troubleshoot issues in the field
  • Review, analyze and report on operations cost and maintenance history to drive effective decision making
  • Build trusting relationships with technicians over phone and email to ensure they are performing to our quality standards
  • Work with the Implementation Coordinator to ensure new launches happen on time and within budget
  • Assist in the day to day operations of the Soofa team and pitch in when necessary to support a cohesive team and office

  • Comfortable with variability and thrive in a GSD environment
  • Independent and self-starting, preferring action above all
  • Not intimidated by technology, able to take complex ideas and communicate them clearly to non-technical people, and persistently intellectually curious
  • In possession of a bachelor’s degree or higher, 1-2 years of operations experience
  • The person everyone is happy to see or hear from
