Engagement Manager / Implementation Lead at Captricity
Greensboro, NC, US / Oakland, CA, US

The Captricity Resident Project Manager will serve as a trusted advisor and key coordination point across multiple implementations and workflows with  one of our key clients. You will be part of Captricity’s Professional Services team, responsible for overseeing scoping, spec’ing, implementing, testing, and go-live of the Captricity solution in multiple business units across one enterprise client. You will coordinate internal Captricity teams delivering the solution to ensure all work completes on time and to specification, while interfacing with client to ensure a close partnership and alignment within and across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Solutioning:
    • Understand client’s business needs and value drivers
    • Optimize Captricity’s approach, timeline and project plan to drive end value
    • Ensure alignment on approach and goals between Captricity and client
  • Implementation Management:
    • Manage internal resources to a project plan and timeline that meets client needs
    • Flag and resolve risks and issues as they arise, in collaboration with Captricity and client groups
    • Act in partnership with client to ensure alignment across business and technical stakeholders
  • Testing Oversight:
    • Align testing timelines, goals, and methodology to ensure that the solution implemented maps to client’s value drivers and needs
    • Coordinate Captricity team in quickly solutioning and resolving issues that arise
    • Ensure Captricity and client teams remain tightly aligned on testing progress, goals, outcomes and, if needed, issue resolutions.
  • Go-live Coordination:
    • Coordinate resources across a go-live team to ensure a smooth launch of new workflow
    • Closely monitor and work hand-in-hand with client to ensure Captricity continues to meet success criteria and drive value

Skills and Experience

  • Passion for customer success; experience managing relationships across enterprise stakeholders
  • Ability to empathically listen and understand needs/requirements to design and implement solutions
  • Expertise in project management techniques and practices across dynamic and stable, regulated settings
  • Expertise delivering complex technical solutions including planning, development, and implementation
  • Detail-oriented multi-tasker, able to coordinate multiple complex processes at once while delivering high-quality and precise results
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (If based in Greensboro) or 75% (If based in California Bay Area)
  • Consulting experience (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of data capture, data management concepts, distributed systems (nice to have)
