Sales Lead at Soofa

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Lead who can both close large deals and push an Account team to provide exceptional service. You’ll work quickly and efficiently while building lasting relationships to grow our customer base and team.

What you will be doing:

Create and convert leads, establish and maintain a pipeline of quality opportunities, and generate revenue to exceed your targets.

Execute plans to identify, develop and maintain key relationships in your targeted account/segment.

Manage complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals while accurately forecasting all opportunities.

Develop key value propositions, monitor competitor and market activity in your region/segment in order to provide guidance to the wider sales and executive team.

You are:

Driven, ambitious, and ready to leave your mark by making a significant contribution to a fast growing company.

Independent, self starting and action oriented professional.

Able to help customers define problems, understand value, and move their organizations to a technically, viable solution.

Capable of managing and advancing through long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.

Comfortable with technology, able to take complex ideas and communicate them clearly to non-technical people.

Success selling into the education, real estate or public sectors a plus.

In possession of a bachelor’s degree or higher, 4-7 years of quota beating sales performance.

The person everyone is happy to see or hear from because they consistently bring value to the table.
