Position Overview:
As an Outreach Specialist (SDR) you will generate new business opportunities by following our proven processes to prospect into Schools and Districts. You’ll learn how to identify and research lists of schools and districts to target, and how to develop email and telephone campaigns to generate new business opportunities.

Conduct high-level conversations with faculty and administrators about their education and technology strategies and requirements. The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team. This position has advancement potential within the Sales organization, and the compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure.

Role and Responsibilities:
Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities
Strategize with top-producing sales managers
Engage executives in targeted prospect accounts
Orchestrate discussions with IT Administrators and District Principals around their education and technology needs
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
Leverage CRM tools to prospect into specific geographic territories

Qualifications:
Must be based in Aventura, FL headquarters office
Prior experience in a lead generation/sales development, software/SaaS experience, and/or education sales experience required
Candidates should have one of the following: or lead generation experience
A commanding desire to learn and succeed in Ed Tech sales
Salesforce.com experience a plus
